What is Staging®? – Staging
is a new niche service that gives homeowners an edge by making their home look
attractive and providing a competitive edge against other homes on the market.

When you get ready to place
your home on the market for sale it becomes a product. Similar to a product on
the shelf at your local store, the product has features and benefits as well as
pluses and minuses, and competition. To compete with the competition in the
marketplace you must be priced right and look better than the other products.
Your home is no different, it is one of many homes for sale and you must present
it, to the buyers, in the best possible light.
This unique system has
proven to help sell homes faster and/or for more money. Real estate agents will
have great confidence in showing your home to potential buyers because they know
it is Staged® and ready to be sold.
How it Works…
Quotations are Free...Followed
by a Three-Step Process:
1. Initial Walkthrough
Consultation – During the initial consultation, the Staging consultant
walks through the property with the owner. During the Walkthrough, the
homeowner will receive Staging Advice on a room-by-room basis. These
recommendations will include identification of desirable features, note of
trouble spots, and suggestions for presentation improvements. A written report
of the recommendations of the work that needs to be done can also be prepared
upon request.
2. Property Improvements -
The homeowner completes improvements such as painting, packing, cleaning,
clearing, etc. as per the recommendations given during the Walkthrough.
3. Editing & Staging® -
After the homeowner completes the property improvements, the Staging Consultant
will return for editing and Staging such as furniture arrangement and
accessorizing.
Once the all the work has been completed and
the home has been Staged®, it will also be listed on the stagedhoms.com website
for Canada as well as the US giving it additional exposure to potential buyers.
With over 3 million hits a month on www.stagedhomes.com your listing will be
marketed and shown to more interested buyers than the
competition.
